Rich bought ZK Celltest in 1996. Since then the company has grown significantly while maintaining its profitability. Rich has a B.S. in General Engineering from the University of Illinois in Urbana, IL and a M.B.A. from DePaul University in Chicago. He started as a Sales Engineer with Honeywell selling Energy Management Systems for Commercial buildings. He moved on to Motorola in Schaumburg, IL where he helped define and develop several products in 2-way radio and cellular systems. Looking for a smaller company atmosphere he went to SAFCO Corporation in Chicago where he led the sales and marketing effort company wide. While still at SAFCO he moved to Hong Kong to establish SAFCO’s Hong Kong office supporting all of Asia.
