ZK CELLTEST RELOCATES TO EXPANDED FACILITIES TO ACCOMMODATE BUSINESS GROWTH
Sleet, Morley and Levy appointed as new VPs.

SUNNYVALE, CA, FEBRUARY 9, 2007 , , , , , ZK Celltest Inc., fueled by rapid sales growth during 2006 and an increasing backlog of orders, has moved to a new, larger facility in Sunnyvale, CA. In addition, three key industry executives have joined the company in VP positions, reporting to Rich Miletic, CEO of the company. ZK Celltest is an industry innovator and leader, manufacturing multi-phone, multi-technology drive-test equipment for the wireless communications industry.

The newly purchased facility consists of a 20,000 square foot building, which provides ZK with sufficient space to meet current and future production and operational demands. The new facility includes an expanded service center for customer upgrades and RMAs, a larger shipping/receiving facility, and a state-of-the-art factory and quality control center.

New VP Appointments are Announced

John Sleet, formerly a Director of Professional Services for Marconi Wireless in Richardson, TX, has been appointed Vice President of Business Development.

Bruce Morley, formerly Director of Manufacturing at WJ Communications in San Jose, CA was appointed Vice President of Manufacturing and Operations.

Malcolm Levy, formerly Vice President of Sales for Comarco Wireless Test Solutions in Lake Forest, CA was appointed Vice President of International Sales.

In addition, Amita Parmar was appointed Office Manager.
