1) (CDMA) Fixed the problem of reporting stale data for "streaming mode" CDMA phones, which includes most newer phones including the samsung 660.

2) (GSM) Supports new cellsite.txt file version 4.1, which adds support for BCCH-based cellsite look-up. For GSM BCCH-based cellsite look-up is the default if the user defaults their cellsite table for GSM. Maintains backwards compatibility with BSIC-based look-up for users who are satisfied using BSIC. There are some limitations to BCCH-based cellname lookup for 6340i and 6190 users, see comments on BCCH reporting below.

3) (GSM) Log version now 6.13. Added BCCH channel field to the PG and HG message, update the minor version of PG/HG. Fully supported for the Nokia 6230 -- but for older phone models such as the 6340i and 6190 there are some limitations to the BCCH reporting (and therefore BCCH-based cellname look-up), this is documented in detail in the 6.13 log format specification document.

4) (Cellname) Fixed two cellname import related bugs which would not correctly report cellsite file problems. The PN range is now checked during the import of 2.x cellname table. A clear error message is now displayed and the cellsite file is reject if the file contains over 3000 records -- previously the records beyond 3000 would be silently discarded. (bug #826 and 827).

5) (EVDO) Many refinements, fixes and improvements in the reporting of the EVDO mode data. Addressed problem that Serving PN was often not reported (primarily due to the fact that DRC index information is not always available) -- changed so that when DRC index is not available the strongest active as the Serving PN to avoid "no serving PN" periods. Fixed problem where sometimes an EVDO Ec/Io value greater than 0 would be reported (bug #829). Fixed a problem where one or more the active set PNs were not reported. Significantly reduced the number of redundant PE messages produced in log files.

6) (GSM) Fixed problem where GSM RSSI audible alert logic was reversed such that an alert if the RSSI was stronger than the threshold, now an alert is generated when the RSSI is below the threshold.

7) (CDMA/Motorola RAZR/E815) Adds support for (1x or EVDO) data testing using Motorola RAZR and Motorola E815 phones. This requires that the phones be manually configured for dual-port mode via the hidden service menus on these phones.

8) (CDMA/Kyocera KX5) Add support for Kyocera slider/KX5 phone including voice and data testing (1x only). Only tested with KX5/Slider firmware version 1.0.12 -- it is unclear if other versions will also work.

9) (GSM/6230) Add support for Nokia 6230 phone's new firmware version 0103 -- previously only support 0102.

10) (Only applies to RCUs using Comarco 3G scanner) Fixed problem where RX message logged incorrectly for GSM w/ BSIC scan groups. The group number would always log as "1" and the technology would log incorrectly as "TDMA".

Known Issues:

1) (EVDO) Sector Color Code and SectorID24 reporting is intermittent. Occasionally Serving PN is still not reported when it should be. Rare spurious "spikes" are seen in RSSI values reported by EVDO phones.
