| known issue | Nokia 6230: The phone occasionally locks up during GPRS/EDGE data testing. This is a bug in the Nokia 6230 firmware that Nokia is working on. The workaround is to manually power cycle the 6230 during GPRS/EDGE data testing when the ZK-SAM/DXMe reports "No Carrier" or "No Response" on the GPRS/EDGE data testing screen. Upon first starting SAM-ALL, the 6230 sometimes reports "No Carrier" or "No Response" for the first 1-3 call attempts and then connects. In this situation, wait for at least 4 failures before power cycling the phone. |
